Monique Byers Schaffstall has superior skills in conducting individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions with clients who are experiencing varied mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. She is also able to fully complete new client assessments, formulate treatment plan goals, and assist with case management, as needed. 

Ms. Byers Schaffstall is currently in private practice; however, she has over thirty years of experience supervising, organizing, staffing, and controlling agency operations in both residential and outpatient facilities that consistently serve all populations. She has also been instrumental in developing new programs and implementing new systems throughout DE/NJ/PA. 

Monique received her Master Of Social Work (MSW) from the University Of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology was obtained from Rowan University in New Jersey.
