Psychotherapy

How Psychotherapy Works

In psychotherapy, you will have a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral and nonjudgmental. You and your mental health provider will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. By the time you’re done, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will have learned new skills to cope with whatever challenges arise in the future.

We provide specialized individual, family, marital and group counseling sessions, while treating all mental health and substance use disorders, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bi-Polar Disorder
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Co-occuring Disorders
  • Sexual Identity Disorders
  • LBGTQ Stressors
  • Opiate Use Disorders
  • Other Substance Use Disorders
  • PTSD/Trauma
  • Anger Management
  • Adolescent Mental Health
  • Case Management
